Cook Club: Tacos de alambre

About the event

Cook, eat & connect. Join us for an evening of authentic Mexican cooking with founder Alexa Fernandez.

Cook Club is Mission Kitchen's social cooking experience - part supper club, part cooking class, all community.

Each month we invite a talented food chef to take over the development kitchen and share their culture, their cooking, and their food. You'll cook together, plate up together, and sit down to eat together at a long table with other curious, hungry food lovers.

No experience necessary. Just an appetite.

Chili Maven exists to celebrate the depth and diversity of Mexican chillies - from smoky to citrusy, earthy to fiery - and to help redefine how the world experiences Mexican food.

Alexa will walk you through her background and the secrets behind true authentic Mexican cooking before you get hands-on in the kitchen.

The class:

Be greeted with a welcome drink on arrival as Alexa talks you through what you will be making and eating.
